Well we made it to Jaipur yesterday on the early morning train express train from New Delhi, the train ride was an experience in itself as we had the luxury of the air con chair carriage class, so tea and breakfast was served to us and the Indian middle classes. Have had the chance to walk around the old pink city today, including the city palace which was lovely to see with some exquisite detail.  Still a rather high thirty something degrees so it is quite exhausting to be walking round doing a lot of sight seeing in the day time.
