I stopped in a couple of less touristy spots heading slightly south in Thailand. Taking the train along the coast to Phetchaburi, and then later on to Prachuap Khiri Khan.

I had a quiet couple of days in Phetchaburi, cycling around to see some temples and good view points.

Whilst cycling between temples I stopped for good Thai food, as there always is nearly everywhere in Thailand.

I really liked the temple here at Wat Yai Suwannaram, or วัดใหญ่สุวรรณาราม วรวิหาร เพชรบุรี. The temple is constructed from teak wood, and dates back to around 1700.

The next town was Prachuap Khiri Khan, which is on the coast, and has a nice beach just a short cycle south of the town, at Ao Manoa.
